For everyone who is struggling to get the game stopped by the doctor heres what i did, Rampage v Krysztof Soszynski, get the the clinch and keep punching to his head ( dont do upper cuts cus u will knock him out fast ) it was take 2 – 3 rounds but keep doing it and they will stop it.
