Employment Services for the Deaf
I have a concern about the enabling and co-depending approach that Employment Services for the Deaf had have been used on those Deaf people who need some assistance/tips/tools for finding a job. I went to two different agencies -one is for Deaf and another is for general people (the majority is hearing people) – and I could see a HUGE difference between them. I strongly encourage Deaf people go to Employment Center for the Deaf and/or individual with disability and see what kind model they use on Deaf people.
